I came across one computer that I was working on when a friend asked me “is my computer infected?” Whenever I login, I see a message  on the bottom right of the task bar saying my registry was infected. The icon took the shape of a red shield with a white X in the middle. Also noticed was the Internet Explorer Homepage was locked onto an adult site. After some research, I believed the virus to be the smitfraud infection.

To remove this smitfraud infection download and install SuperAntiSpyware. If possible try updating the software then begin the scan. It might take some time. After the scan completes do the scan once more when you are in Safe Mode. If all goes well your computer should be ridden of that malicious program.

Did you know that the National Finals Rodeo is almost upon us? Time is dwindling if you still want to purchase WNFR Tickets. The 50th annual National Finals Rodeo commences on December 4-13 in one blood pumping spectacular event. I myself have not been to the National Finals Rodeo, or any rodeo in fact, but after doing some research on the subject, I have been swayed. By attending the NFR, you will experience Bareback riding, Steer wrestling, Team roping, Saddle bronc riding, Tie-down roping, Bull riding, and Barrel racing. After a quick video search on YouTube, I must say that the events look like a lot of fun for the whole family. They also look very intense in fact and I would never be up to what some of those people do. The most exciting even of the National Finals Rodeo is the steer wrestling. In this event, the riders will willingly jump off their horse onto a nearby steer and wrestle it to the ground. This is one event that should not be passed up and you must hurry because tickets will go fast for this event. It is a sport growing in popularity due to its intense action and the thrills that come with it.
