Best Web Host

Filed under: Reviews, Site — admin @ 11:14 pm

One of the most important decisions you can make for your domains is choosing the correct web hosting package. But how do you know where you can find the best deals or further advice on the topic? You could always visit Web Hosting Rating to learn which hoster offers the best linux web hosting package. At the moment I currently bought the 1 & 1 home hosting package for around 4.99 per month. Yes that isn’t very expensive but from what I learned at Web Hosting Rating, just for two dollars more I could be getting a lot more.

For example, I only get around 120 GB web space; 1,200 e-mail accounts; 1,200 GB monthly transfer volume; 1&1 WebMail but I could be getting a lot more with BlueHost which was rated best. Space: 1.5Tb, Traffic: 15Tb, Price: $6.95 Free Domain Forever, Host Unl. Domains. What angers me is that 1 and 1 limits me to only 25 domains but BlueHost allows unlimited. From what it looks like, if BlueHost is as good as it seems, I will be switching my hoster from 1 and 1 to BlueHost when my package runs out. Also with BlueHost, you get a lot more bandwidth with incoming traffic and a lot more storage space, roughly 12.5 times as much. The article section of Web Hosting offers you advice in what you should look for when finding cheap web hosting. I suggest that newcomers into the world of domains or ones who are already knowledgeable in the subject to visit Web Hosting Rating because you will learn something new for sure.

Celebrity News

Filed under: Reviews, Site — admin @ 7:44 pm

Hollywood celebrities are always the main thing talked about around the proverbial water cooler. “Hey did you hear what happened to…” is the common phrase that talks about what a celebrity did over the weekend. Are you always surprised on what happened to them due to your lack of knowledge about Hollywood life? Well fret no more because Mail.com can become your leading source for all the news about celebrities. Upon visiting the site I read an interesting article about Shia LaBeouf and his “arrest” at Walgreens. You can view his and other Hollywood celebrity photos such as Dennis Farina who was arrested at LAX. Another interesting article is about a movie I was unaware of. It is called “The Forbidden Kingdom” starring Jet Li and Jacky Chan and it is a hit in China. The choreography looks well done and I will most likely view the film soon. The fighting style seems to be similar to that of Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, which is a plus. Mail.com places all the celebrity news before anyone else so you can be the person telling the celebrity gossip and no longer be the one who heard about the celebrities. They offer many pictures and always have all the latest gossip on celebrities.

Lose your face on Facebook

Filed under: Security, Site — admin @ 5:43 pm

Facebook says users should exercise caution when adding applications. But a malicious program, masquerading as a harmless application, could potentially harvest personal data. The popular social networking site allows users to add a variety of applications to their profile. Personal details of Facebook users could potentially be stolen, the BBC technology programme ‘Click’ has found.

Or at least that is the implication, and it also lets you keep your details private from the rest of the world. Facebook is the darling of the moment, allowing friends to stay in touch, post photos, and share fun little games and quizzes.

Facebook has said that any programs which violate their terms will be removed, but lets face it, millions of applications are added every minute by thousands of users, imagine how long it would take to go through them all.
